Our History
Two decades of experience in driving customer success

When Presplay Technology launched in 2008, numerous IT hosting companies offered access to single-tenant servers over the Internet. However, most of these hosting companies lacked adequate customer service, with many even failing to answer phone calls.

We, on the other hand, were a small player striving to differentiate ourselves by providing exceptional service to business customers. We assembled a team of knowledgeable individuals dedicated to serving customers, establishing end-to-end customer support and branding it as Intelnet Support®. We developed specialized expertise in technologies such as Linux, Windows, and network security, ultimately pioneering the managed hosting industry. Through customer recommendations, we swiftly emerged as leaders in the industry.

In 2012, Oracle introduced the first major multi-tenant public cloud, allowing developers to access vast computing resources on rent. However, businesses faced the challenge of requiring experts in cloud infrastructure and the complex tools, applications, and databases running on top of it.

That’s when we stepped in to create a new market category: managed cloud. This enabled our customers to access world-class expertise and support across the leading technologies of their choice.

Today, Presplay Technology is a trusted provider of expertise and managed services across all major public and private cloud technologies. We have evolved Intelnet Support® into Intelnet Experience™, encompassing the entire customer journey from initial consultation to daily operations. Our passionate experts combine proactive, always-on service and expertise with best-in-class tools and automation to deliver technology when and how you need it.

What began as an idea from a student at Lagos University has now grown into a global company serving business customers in over 120 countries. While our headquarters remain in Cloud Office, we have employed and engaged over 1,000 CodeSealsUnit® professionals across four continents, most of whom are expert engineers dedicated to innovating and supporting the foundation of our business—our customers.
